We are seeking a Customer Service Planner to join our team based in Westminster, London.
About the Role
You will handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal is to ensure jobs are scheduled to meet contractual Service Level Agreements without false promises. You will communicate with residents via phone and email, managing complex repairs and demanding customers to uphold customer confidence.
Using our in-house system, you will actively assign available operatives and subcontractors, coordinate complex repairs, and handle service failures professionally.
