Customer Service - Personal Banker (6 months)

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service - Personal Banker in Bath. This role involves supporting our valued branch customers and helping them achieve their financial goals. The position is for six months, ending on 31st December 2025, and does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and support customers, providing outstanding service in every interaction

  • Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers
