Requirements of the role
You will bring strong leadership skills and business acumen to this role. We will help you develop your skills in Audiology through the Audiology Practitioner role. You'll also need to share the Specsavers ethos. We're looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care, and improve patient outcomes. You'll be a Customer Service Expert/Retailer who prides themselves on delivering excellence, isn't afraid of a hands-on approach, and is keen to build rapport with your team and the local community. In summary, you'll be a highly skilled Customer Service Expert or Retailer willing and able to help drive the business forward.
Development for role
To fulfil this role, you will be required to complete the Audiology Practitioner course within 12 months. This means you will be a non-registered trained clinician able to work under the delegated authority and supervision of a Hearing-Aid Dispenser, undertaking a range of clinical activities along the audiology customer pathway. We will guide you on your pathway to partnership, giving you the best chance of success.
