This is a part-time role based in Paddock Wood, offering £12.88 per hour, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.

It involves working for a leading independent distributor providing comprehensive distribution services, including order processing, invoicing, picking & packing, credit control, stock management, and more.

The ideal candidate is a customer service professional with IT literacy, experience in order processing, and preferably background in logistics or dispatch. Responsibilities include processing orders received via various channels, answering customer inquiries, maintaining customer files, handling correspondence, inputting dispatch data, managing Amazon and website orders, issuing quotations and credit notes, liaising with carriers, and producing sales reports.

Applicants should have previous relevant experience, strong relationship-building skills, and computer literacy.
