The Job:
Our client, a leading company in the agriculture industry, is seeking a Customer Service Operator to proactively manage customer and account manager requests from order to cash. This role is key to improving customer experience, streamlining processes, and supporting sales teams in growing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer and account manager queries, ensuring swift resolution
- Reducing invoice disputes and streamlining processes
- Coordinating new customer onboarding and contract management
- Tracking queries and complaints, analysing trends, and identifying improvements
- Supporting pricing updates, reporting, and liaising between departments
- Ensuring a “right first time” approach to customer service
