You will interact with the public, assist with enquiries, and handle various administrative tasks. North Yorkshire Police are excited to announce we have a current position for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated front counter / enquiry desk team. We are also looking to build a holding list for future positions for both full and part time posts should they arise in the next 12 months.
This role will put you at the heart of local policing assisting members of the public, police officers, and police staff with a wide range of services. This is a very demanding and challenging role, but it is an exceptionally varied, interesting, and rewarding opportunity to support your local community.
