About the role
We are partnering with our client to find a Customer Service Officer to join their supportive and stable team in Sandgate. The role involves providing customer service in person and over the phone, handling internal and external sales, managing stock transfers, and organizing contractor transport for products.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Answer calls and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer orders and returns/credits
  • Assist Despatch with driver paperwork
  • Handle Made To Order (MTO) product orders
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
Requirements
