Customer Service Officer needed in Wembley

Position Details
  • Rate: £16.79 per hour (PAYE)

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in the Housing Benefit Information team, managing multiple systems, handling calls, and demonstrating empathy and strong listening skills. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing support regarding Housing Benefit, Council Tax support, Resident Support Fund, and DHP applications.
  2. Offering advice and explanations to customers about their claims.
  3. Escalating unresolved issues to the back office for Housing Benefit.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in the office.
