Customer Service Officer - Full time and Part time opportunities

Location: Cairnryan, Wigtownshire, Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.

Rate of pay: £12.55 per hour plus overtime opportunities

Shift pattern: 4 on / 4 off

This is a tremendous opportunity to join a friendly and professional team in Cairnryan. You will join a dedicated team where you will receive ongoing training, support, and development. This role consists of regular body searches and general customer service/security duties.

  • Manage access control to the site

  • Carry out vehicle searches
  • Issuing passes to visitors, contractors and staff members
  • Produce accurate and comprehensive incident reports
  • Ensure all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  • Work in conjunction with site Assignment Instructions
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Work as part of a customer focused team
