Customer Service Manager

Element Recruitment are working with a leading organisation based in Bristol who are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a customer service team, and will be tasked with mentoring and training team members to ensure the highest standards are achieved. You will also be required to monitor and report on the team performance as well as customer trends and will be responsible for developing strategies to improve the customer service experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record in managing customer service teams, ideally in a call centre environment and have a passion for customer service and client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team focused on quality service and high performance.
  • Manage processes and resources to meet business KPIs and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and expertise.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders
