Customer Service Manager

Salary £50,000 - £53,000 plus 10% bonus and an excellent benefits package!

Fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and passionateCustomer Service Managerto lead a team of eight dedicated professionals.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving performance, nurturing talent and ensuring customers receive exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

You’ll lead by example — motivating, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve their best while fostering a culture of excellence and genuine customer care.

The role
  • Lead, develop and support the team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage day to day operational activities
  • Ensure targeted levels of service and productivity are delivered with a customer focused approach
  • Allocate tasks in line with resource availability and capability
  • Coach and drive performance through 121s, empowering, developing and supporting the team
  • Gain and maintain understanding of all UK Order to Cash and Integrated Customer Contact Centre processes in line with SOPs
  • Be the escalation point for any operational issues or enquiries from internal key stakeholders
What are we looking for?
  • A proven leader with experience motivating and leading a customer service team
  • Outstanding coaching and mentoring skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational abilities
  • Comfortable using data and insights to drive improvements
  • Organised, proactive and able to work well under pressure

This is permanent, full time working Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Hybrid opportunity with two days at home.

Salary up to £53,000

10% bonus which has been consistently achieved
