Customer Service Manager
Location: Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Salary - Up to £43,000 DOE
Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm - NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing Team leaders and advisors
  • Leading and motivating teams of Customer Care Advisors
  • Enhancing service processes and business metrics
  • Driving compliance and implementing feedback from industry bodies
  • Supporting team leaders and fostering internal development
  • Collaborating on IT innovation and system improvements
  • Promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Ensure departmental SLAs are met and regularly reviewed
  • Lead recruitment, coaching, and appraisals
Qualifications
  • 3 years + Customer Service management experience
  • Strategic & Empathetic - able to balance business needs with customer care
