An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London as lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange and through the warranty period overseeing the close out phases of the development ahead of PC ensuring construction teams are delivering high quality and first class experience throughout the customer service journey. You would be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners, suppliers to ensure best practice and high quality standards are adhered too with a proactive approach.
