Job summary

A growing finance company in Southwark is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 4. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences, handling enquiries and complaints, and improving service processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and experience in financial services is a plus. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of up to £45k DOE.

Our client, an innovative and growing finance company that’s passionate about helping businesses achieve their potential, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead their service team of 4 and ensure every customer’s experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the customer service team.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Oversee account management tasks such as settlements, reschedules, refunds, and reconciliations.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, turning issues into opportunities to improve.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Continuously improve team performance and service processes.
  • Use feedback and data insights to enhance the customer journey.
