Job summary

A growing finance company in Southwark is seeking a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead their service team of 4. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will oversee account management tasks and manage customer complaints while continuously improving team performance. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of up to £45k DOE.
