B&M Retail Limited in Newtown, Wales, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end team and deliver a brilliant shopping experience from entry to checkout.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexible hours across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, driving fast, friendly service and high standards in a busy, high-energy store.
