London Residential Development

An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the closeout phases of the development before Practical Completion, ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class customer service experience. You should be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are met with a proactive approach.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and a track record of developing teams that provide customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize best practices within residential development and real estate to implement and deliver a superior customer service experience on key developments in London.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers throughout the customer journey from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
  • Provide clear communication to customers regarding construction updates.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in customer service within Residential Real Estate in London
  • Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
