Job description

One of our favourite clients are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their busy and successful Sales Department and assist with the management of client accounts. Some of your duties will include:

• Managing relationships with existing clients and providing a high level of service
• Processing customer order requirements from instigation point through to delivery
• Researching products to suit client needs and obtaining information from suppliers and manufacture
• Placing orders with suppliers and following up to ensure delivery times are met
• Maintaining database with potential new clients and amending details when needed
• Completing required paperwork to ensure goods are delivered promptly to clients
