About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of service for our customers. You will:

  1. Drive your team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service at the checkout
  2. Act as a role model, demonstrating exceptional customer service
  3. Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  4. Coach colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge in the checkout area
  5. Ensure compliance with stock control procedures within designated timelines
