Customer Service Manager - Belfast

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at Rosemary Street, Belfast.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring flexibility to work shifts during the daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage the cash office and checkout area, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Lead a team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service at the checkout.
  • Act as a role model by demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Be highly visible and approachable to both customers and colleagues.
  • Coach colleagues to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with stock control procedures within specified timelines.
  • Maintain the security of company property, cash, and stock at all times.
  • Contribute to making our stores a fun and engaging place to work.
