Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  2. Manage after-sales service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate transport operations and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
  4. Liaise with airlines and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales and business development.
  2. Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  3. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
  4. Knowledge of cargo and customs processes is an advantage.
  5. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
