Customer Service & Logistics Manager

Location: Atherstone
Hours: 8:30-17:00 (Full-time & Office-based)
Salary: £50,000-£60,000
Package: Car allowance + Pension + Healthcare

Your Role:

  • Build and lead a new customer service and logistics team-your structure, your vision
  • Oversee everything from sales orders and website sales to logistics and issue resolution
  • Collaborate across departments to monitor stock and ensure seamless fulfilment
  • Create a service-first culture that builds trust with customers, suppliers, and hauliers
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and satisfaction

What You'll need:

  • Experience leading a customer service & logistics function
  • Experience with the challenges of e-commerce & multi-drop model supply chains
  • Proven record of handling and managing 3PL providers - ability to cost and negotiate costing would be great.
  • Business acumen with a head for process improvement
