A successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing client and customer issues
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Particularly Excel) and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or WMS (Warehouse Management Software) preferred
