My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive who is ready to take the next step into Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone with strong order management experience who wants to build capability in logistics, inventory coordination, and supplier management while continuing to deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Order Management
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, confirmation, adjustments, and returns
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, coordinating across internal teams
  • Provide timely updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery status
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and stock levels
Supply Chain Support
  • Liaise with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to track shipments
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or delays
  • Assist with planning activities by providing order trends and customer demand insights
  • Support supplier communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepancies
Operational Coordination
  • Maintain accurate documentation within CRM / ERP systems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports relating to orders, delivery performance, and inventory
