We have a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity within our Specialist Corporate Salary Sacrifice customer services team in Slough.

Salary Sacrifice is a key commercial pillar for our organization, making this an exciting time to join the team and support the growth of our portfolio.

The salary for this role is £24,297 per annum.

The successful candidate must be able to commute to the Slough office 5 days per week.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Take ownership of Fleet Manager enquiries from a key account, resolving issues where possible or liaising with your team and other departments to provide good outcomes for our customers.
  2. Build rapport and confidence with the key account contact.
  3. Provide updates and timelines on queries and complaints within the contracted SLAs.
  4. Represent Customer Services on weekly client calls.
  5. Own business processes and ensure they are updated in line with audit requirements.
  6. Seek improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
  7. Be agile and adapt to the changing demands of our customers.
Required Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in key account customer service or fleet management support.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Adaptability to changing customer demands.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Experience working in fleet management or customer service, with an understanding of teamwork in a goal-focused environment.
  • Experience in front-line customer interactions and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all business activities.
