Within the Corporate Service Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of service to our Corporate and Commercial customers.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be supporting our Corporate & Commercial customers and Relationship Teams with day-to-day banking through different channels including Telephone, Email & Secure Message.

This role is based in Glasgow.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
If you apply for this role in this location, it’s important you consider your travelling distance, time and cost from your home to the office location.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Work shift patterns will be rotational across Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 – 17:30.
