Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our logistics team focused on enabling global supply chains. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in logistics or spare parts handling, who are eager to grow and take on broader responsibilities in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers as allocated by management
  • Prepare and submit customer quotations, including handling of cross-trade shipments
  • Evaluate the success rate of submitted quotations and work towards continuous improvement
  • Cooperate closely with the operations team to ensure that service delivery meets customer expectations
  • Assist in allocating customer accounts to staff members based on business needs
  • Participate in joint sales visits to build and maintain client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, particularly in customer service
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with logistics platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to overall service excellence
  • Willingness to grow with the business and potentially manage a small team in the future
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
  • Team player with the drive to grow the company’s customer base and deliver value-added services
