Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international business based in the Nottingham, who are looking to expand their busy multilingual team.

There are fantastic career progression opportunities with this role and training will also be given. All applicants must be fluent in Norwegian and fluent within written and verbal English.

Our client is offering a hybrid model of 1 day per week in the office, 33 days holiday including stats, and a salary of up to c£27,000 D.O.E.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end order process, from receipt to delivery and invoicing
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple channels
  • Resolve issues relating to availability, delivery, pricing, billing, and claims
  • Share accurate product information and customer feedback to support sales and development
  • Maintain company standards and act as an ambassador in all communications
Skills & Experience
  • Bilingual written and verbal communication skills within Norwegian
  • Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
  • Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
  • Good IT skills, confident with MS office functions
  • Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
