VARIETY OF SHIFTS AND LONG TERM ROLES

Our client, a large global logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham, requires Customer Service Representatives, with positions leading to permanent roles after a successful trial period.

Working in a clean environment and within a great team, duties include handling inbound/outbound calls from existing clients. Full training is provided, and computer literacy is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logging orders and working with existing clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Handling customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Working as part of a team within set timescales.

Various shifts working 8 hours between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday:

  • 07:30 – 16:00
  • 08:00 – 16:30
  • 08:30 – 17:00
  • 09:00 – 17:30
  • 09:30 – 18:00
