  • Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Benefits: Standard pension, 20 days holiday (increasing 1 day per year up to 23 days)
Job Role

As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to invoice and payment queries. Your day-to-day duties include contacting customers about outstanding payments, processing payments over the phone, adjusting payment dates, and delivering high levels of customer service to support client retention.
