Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive include:
Customer relationship management
Processing orders
Offering alternative products for out-of-stock items
Promoting new products
Maximising order book fulfilment by liaising with Supply Chain and Warehouse
Providing technical information on products confidently over the telephone
Delighting customers and going the "extra mile"
Understanding detailed customer requirements
Empathising with customer problems
Thinking creatively to offer solutions
Communicating effectively, both written and verbally
Handling complaints professionally and resolving issues amicably
Developing good relationships with internal departments
Suggesting process and procedure improvements
Being computer literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Customer Service Executive will:
Have previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
Have a friendly and pleasant demeanor
Work accurately with attention to detail
Be able to learn and work independently from training
Be a team player
Have an enthusiastic, confident approach and telephone manner
