We are looking for an Account Executive to join our fast-paced Change of Ownership team, where you will be responsible for investigating and confirming Change of Occupancies on gas and power customer accounts.
In this role, you will handle customer contacts across platforms such as email, inbound, and outbound calls, so strong communication skills are essential to ensure excellent customer service. We also seek someone with high attention to detail and decision-making skills, as you will review and process documents like tenancy forms and leases from customers.

Working Pattern
The role offers a hybrid working pattern: in-office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. Standard hours are 08:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
