Job description

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

The Customer Service Executive role is a Permanent position that will commence immediately. If you have a notice period with your current employer, we are willing to work around this.

Role Responsibilities

  • Candidate attraction, management, and retention
  • Developing an understanding of clients, their industry, culture, environment, and requirements to provide the best possible service
  • Increasing growth in our existing client base
  • Upselling and cross-selling to promote our services and maximize opportunities
  • Liaising with clients and candidates daily to fulfill staffing requirements and maximize work opportunities for candidates
  • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates and arranging face-to-face interviews with our recruitment consultants
  • Carrying out Right To Work checks and ensuring full candidate compliance
  • Assisting with payroll duties, including collating staffing hours, managing holiday entitlements, inputting hours into Bullhorn Scheduler, and handling payroll queries
  • Meeting and greeting candidates in our office
  • Performing routine in-house audits

Candidate Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and own car, available for occasional business use
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines
  • Competence in Microsoft Mail, Excel, and Word
  • Sales experience is advantageous

What’s in it for you?
