The Role
My client is seeking a confident and proactive individual to join their friendly and fast-paced Customer Service Team. This role would suit a graduate with a minimum of six months’ experience in a customer-facing role, who thrives on delivering outstanding service and has a genuine desire to support customers.
The successful candidate will become a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, live chat, and email. From assisting with orders to answering product questions, the role requires excellent multitasking abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
Full training will be provided to build industry knowledge, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential.
