A leading pub operator in Solihull is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support Managers and Tenants in placing orders and resolving queries. You will provide high-quality customer service within the office of the UK's largest pub company. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and prior customer service experience. Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, the Customer Contact Centre speaks to Managers, Tenants and Publicans, assisting them with placing orders and supporting them with all queries to help them run fantastic pubs. We are looking for somebody who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment. Stonegate Group is the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, with brands such as Slug & Lettuce, Be At One and Popworld.
