Overview

Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, the Customer Contact Centre speaks to Managers, Tenants and Publicans, assisting them with placing orders and supporting them with all queries to help them run fantastic pubs. We are looking for somebody who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment. Stonegate Group is the UK's largest operator of pubs, bars, and late-night venues, with brands such as Slug & Lettuce, Be At One and Popworld. This is a contract role for a Customer Service Executive until May 2026, positioned in the office environment of the world\u2019s biggest pub company.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for Managers, Tenants and Publicans to handle orders and queries via the Customer Contact Centre.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to support operations and help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
