A leading luxury retail company is seeking a customer service expert to enhance the customer experience. The role involves managing service processes and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate has experience in retail or e-commerce and is proficient with CRM platforms like Magento and Salesforce.

You will ensure delivery of the defined customer experience and become an expert on their products. Your responsibilities will include managing customer service and operational processes, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance at all times. You will handle all customer data and systems, and log cases accurately.
The role is based in-office from 9:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £28,000 plus a 10% bonus for the right candidate.
To be considered, you should have previous customer service experience. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Magento and Salesforce, and industry experience in e-commerce or retail, are desirable qualifications.
