As the Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for the management of orders across key accounts, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment targets within KPI’s.
A key role in our supply chain team, the main responsibility is to process and manage all Customer Orders – both manual and via SAP. You’ll be the link between sales and planning teams, from both ends of the Supply Chain whilst continuing to develop the relationship between the two.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience of working in a similar role, with good administration and communication skills. You’re organised, with a proactive approach to tasks and have good attention to detail. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
