As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage a caseload of sale and purchase transactions in their early stages, ensuring cases are passed to the legal team promptly with all necessary information. You will follow up on documentation required from clients and third parties, handle inquiries via phone and email, and provide high-quality service. The role involves close collaboration with estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to keep all parties updated and confirm details.

Previous customer service experience, ideally in a regulated environment. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
