Job description

Location: East Singapore
Hours: Full-Time/Part time

Salary: $2,500 onwards ( Full time )

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting the right Mpillow based on individual needs
• Perform product measurements (full training provided) to ensure a perfect fit
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, or in person
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups for in-store consultations
• Track and respond to online reviews (e.g., Google Reviews) in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
