Customer Service Executive Role and Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and respond to customer queries, utilising our advanced CRM system
  • Provide quotes for small projects and adjust service contracts as needed
  • Identify recurring issues, collaborating with the service delivery manager to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure customers receive top-notch service quality, measuring and analysing customer feedback
  • Conduct meetings with new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process
  • Communicate extensive product and service information effectively to customers
