Responsibilities

  1. Achieve individual objectives and key performance indicators as set and agreed.
  2. Provide professional support and advice to clients throughout the policy lifecycle, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction. Support clients with policy changes in a timely manner via telephone and Live Chat.
  3. Be proactive in maximizing all business opportunities by informing clients of alternative products (generating leads), advising on potential gaps in coverage, and promoting insurance reviews where appropriate.
  4. Adhere to all company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
  5. Maintain own technical competence.
  6. Support colleagues across all areas of the business as required.

Responsibilities Specific to Senior Adviser

  1. Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and driving core KPIs, processes, and functions related to team success.
  2. Coach and develop team members.
  3. Handle a variety of complex tasks.
  4. Be proactive and analytical in daily roles and when liaising with management.
  5. Participate in projects assigned by line managers or senior management.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
