Hours: Monday-Friday, 7.5 shifts (37.5 Hrs pw)between 08:30-18:30

Role Overview
You'll provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and webchat-supporting individuals and employers with pension and savings queries. This is a customer-focused role where empathy, accuracy, and clarity are key.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Explain complex information in a clear and reassuring manner
* Escalate and help resolve complaints where necessary
* Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures
* Share knowledge and support continuous service improvement
