What you'll do:
  1. Shape that all-important first impression, greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
  2. Coordinate the prestigious settings' amenities by scheduling, planning, and expediting operations
  3. Enhance the experience of our colleagues and clients by providing support with meeting room setup, connectivity, and hospitality
  4. Keep our teams safe by monitoring Health & Safety practices and reporting issues as required
  5. Be the site's 'go-to' for providing information and assistance
  6. Check all functional & service areas, ensuring all equipment is operational
  7. Report faults and manage resolutions through relevant teams
  8. Respond to customer queries proactively and reactively
  9. Troubleshoot issues that arise throughout the day
  10. Prioritize customer service, visitor experience, and employee engagement
What you'll bring:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key. A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude with a passion for customer service. Proficient in office software including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
