Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about our financial products and services
- Assist clients with account questions, transactions, and issue resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
- Contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment

- Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
