Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about our financial products and services
  • Assist clients with account questions, transactions, and issue resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team environment

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain financial information clearly and confidently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Familiarity with financial products, banking, or investment tools preferred
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
