Are you a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who is looking to progress off the tools in a client-facing role at a well-established international company?

Do you have experience working on heavy engineering equipment and want long-term job security within a stable industry?

This company specializes in the sale and design of bespoke water treatment equipment for municipal and industrial clients. They are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Engineer to join their highly experienced team.

In this role, the successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries about the company's equipment and follow up on quotations to ensure a good level of customer satisfaction. They will attend site to inspect equipment and provide service inspection reports while promoting the company's solutions to help generate further business. This role will be based out of Portadown with travel across Ireland.

The Role:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries about the company's equipment
  2. Follow up on quotations to ensure a good level of customer satisfaction
  3. Attend site to inspect equipment and provide service inspection reports
  4. Office-based in Portadown with site travel around Ireland
  5. Van, bonus, commission, private healthcare, pension, and holiday days provided

The Person:
  1. Mechanical engineering background
  2. Experience within a hands-on role and looking to progress off the tools into a customer-facing role
  3. Experience working on industrial scale heavy engineering equipment within a relevant sector
  4. Hold an engineering qualification
  5. Commutable to Portadown and happy to travel across Ireland
