The Role

Customer Service Delivery Driver - Flexible Zero Hour Contract - Days and Nights - £26,666.64 Per annum, £12.21 Per Hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Leeds Bradford Airport.

Customer Service Delivery Drivers are expected to safely and professionally transfer customers between the car park and airport terminal as well as managing reception and the customer check-in process.

This is a flexible contract with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working days and nights.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Greeting customers, checking in customers, completing all Valet documentation at the Valet Front desk reception area and in the arrivals area of the car park
  • Utilising Pre-book IT systems
  • Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries
  • Monitoring all entries and exits and being proactive with shift planning using the P2T Booking system and reports
  • Maintaining professional deportment and behaviour to represent the company positively
  • Reporting any service issues to the line manager
  • Assisting customers with luggage loading onto fleet vehicles
  • Ensuring fleet vehicles are clean and presentable
  • Completing vehicle checks and fleet documentation
  • Transporting passengers between the car park and airport terminal
  • Reporting vehicle defects and photographing arriving vehicles
  • Moving customer cars to secure parking areas and returning them as needed
  • Patrolling car parks on foot to monitor for unattended bags, suspicious vehicles, or persons, and reporting findings
  • Litter picking, bin changing, and cleaning customer and staff areas
  • Handling incoming calls and customer queries
  • Completing report sheets and logs as instructed
