Customer Service Data Analyst

The Property Services Data Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing operational and service delivery data related to planned and reactive maintenance activities. This position supports strategic decision-making, improves service quality, and ensures contractual compliance by transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

How will you be the change?

We believe every role is vital in providing peace of mind for our customers and driving our business forward. As a Customer Service Data Analyst, you will:

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze data from CAFM systems and other operational platforms.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service issues.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in audit preparations and data provision for reviews.
  • Develop predictive models for asset management and lifecycle planning.
  • Present findings to senior leadership and clients clearly and effectively.
What does it take?

If you're ready to contribute as a Customer Service Data Analyst, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems like Concept, Planon, Maximo.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data to non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Understanding of facilities management KPIs and asset management principles.
  • Experience working with public sector or service delivery.
  • Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
Working arrangements

We support flexible and remote working. The successful candidate will work from 25 West Street, Chichester, two days a week, with the remainder of the week working from home.
