We are currently looking for a full-time motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am – 5pm.

Salary circa £23,500 rising to £24,600 upon a successful probationary period.

Do you feel you have the skills & personality to succeed within our busy sales and customer service centre. You would be the first point of contact for our for all queries or orders across a range of our building products. You will be working as part of an engaged and motivated team who strive to provide the outstanding service to our customers.? If yes, this role could be for you.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following;

  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls and emails to receive and process orders, maintaining close relationships throughout the customer journey
  • Processing quotations using our internal order system.
  • Add value to every order
  • Pro-actively pursue sales leads
  • Liaise with Area Sales Manager daily to ensure smooth running of a designated area to give the customers a professional service
  • Ensuring that queries are resolved timely within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • And any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Sales Office.
