Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a permanent contract at our customer site in Eggborough. This role requires a passionate individual who enjoys engaging with people and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay, Benefits, and Perks:

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), option to purchase additional days, high street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, workplace pension, and more.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:
  1. Distributing daily reports
  2. Handling transport issues involving drivers and customer ETA inquiries
  3. Proactively preventing issues and devising innovative solutions when problems occur
  4. Monitoring shared email inboxes and responding to queries
  5. Supporting payroll and HR administration for the Soprema contract
  6. Collaborating closely with the dedicated Transport team
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
  • Experience in a transport environment is advantageous
  • Honest, reliable, flexible, and focused
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and formats
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
