Customer Service Coordinator

Whittlesey
circa £23,500 per annum, rising to £24,600 upon a successful probationary period

Permanent, Full Time

The Vacancy

We are currently looking for a full-time motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy team in the position of Customer Service Coordinator, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.45am – 5pm.

Your duties would include but not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our merchant and housebuilder customer enquiries and processing orders for our building products.
  • Processing orders and managing customer accounts.
  • Working closely with our other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communications.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
